EXPERTISE

The integration of product data management systems with ERP systems is a challenging task. Our interfaces support the entire process from engineering to production. We are able to claim that both the users of the Windchill system and the ERP users have the required data at their disposal, up-to-date and at any time, so that they can carry out all the necessary work within their established applications.Our employees have the necessary know-how to lead your projects to fruition. We also support you after commissioning while operating the interface.
We distinguish ourselves from traditional service providers by ensuring a result and not only providing specialist staff.
Consulting
At the beginning of a project our consultants sit down with your team and coordinate a concept that is suitable for your processes. We usually conduct these consultations in joint workshops. Depending on your requirements, we propose solutions based on the configuration options available in our standard products.
Project management
After consulting with your team, we take over the entire implementation, from the preparation, through the installation and adjustment of the interfaces, to testing and on to Go-Live.
We provide a project manager responsible for the project as your primary contact person. We also employ our project engineers who are thoroughly familiar with Windchill, your ERP system, and the settings options of our interfaces.
There will be close collaboration with other service providers such as PTC partners or with your ERP consultants. Our objective is an efficient and successful cooperation for the successful introduction of the ERP interface for your Windchill system. After final tests and a formal release, the interface goes live.
Service and support
We accompany our customers from the Go-Live moment on as part of our software maintenance and support packages. Our standard software is constantly improved and further developed as part of the agreed software maintenance. To enable you to continue using the Innoface software after updates of the coupled Windchill and ERP systems, we are developing it further and provide new versions in a timely manner.
Our IFConneX interface software operates in a complex system environment (Windchill, ERP, network…). We offer support for your administrators as part of one of our support packages to ensure that it runs as smoothly and reliably as possible.

A well-thought-out and practical concept is the prerequisite for a successful interface project. Our customers’ requirements differ greatly, although ERP interfaces for Windchill require similar functions; they depend on your products, your processes and your company philosophy.

We accompany you from the initial specifications to GoLive and beyond.
As soon as we reach a complete and coordinated concept, the project execution can start. The aim here is to implement the agreed requirements in your system, set up the necessary configurations, add customer-specific functionality with customizing if necessary, and test your customer solution thoroughly.
Project Management
Experienced project support in all phases
We always provide an Innoface project manager for your project, who coordinates detailed requirements, change requests, deadlines, etc. with you and who has access to a team of experienced project engineers with the goal to implement your requirements as efficiently as possible. Close collaboration is of utmost importance, so that the final product will meet your expectations.
Your IT and your specialists from involved departments should always be represented in the project, along with our Innoface colleagues. Ideally your key users should be involved in the project from the start, know all important decisions, test them carefully, and pass on their specific knowledge to the user team.
Regardless of which project procedure and methodology we decide on together (e.g., agile or waterfall model): The result will be integrated systems that help you manage your development tasks more efficiently. We will continue to support you with service and support services even beyond Go Live.

We provide software maintenance and support as well as other services during the ongoing operation of our products. You will receive patches and new releases of our products through your software maintenance contract – thus keeping your solution viable for the future. We support new Windchill versions or new releases of your ERP system in a timely manner.

We offer two categories as support package variants:

Basic Support

Premium Support
Depending on the support package, a certain amount of support hours and test license packages for additional non-production test environments are included. We offer services that go beyond mere software maintenance: For example, we support you in any fault analysis that may be needed in connection with the operation of our interfaces after the Go Live in your systems (interface in combination with Windchill, ERP system and infrastructure).
